              <p>In this paper, the influence of radiative exchanges during the contacting of a punch and a glass cylinder at high temperature is studied. An inverse identification methodology has been implemented to determine the heat exchange coefficient using experimental data carried out in the LAMIH. A numerical thermal 1D model taking the radiative effects into account has been developed to simulate the contact between a punch and a glass cylinder. First, the sensitivity of the identification of the exchange coefficient with respect to different parameters (initial glass temperature, thermocouple position) will be introduced. A second part will address the influence of radiation on the identification of the exchange coefficient. The results obtained show the interest of the proposed methodology.</p>

              <p>Dans cette communication, l'influence des échanges radiatifs lors de la mise en contact d'un poinçon et d'un cylindre de verre à haute température est étudiée. Une méthodologie d'identification inverse a été mise en œuvre pour déterminer le coefficient d'échange thermique en se basant sur une campagne de mesures expérimentales réalisée au LAMIH. Un modèle numérique thermique 1D prenant en compte les effets radiatifs a été développé pour étudier le contact entre un poinçon et un cylindre de verre. La première partie de l'étude concerne la sensibilité de l’identification du coefficient d’échange vis-à-vis de différents paramètres (température initiale du verre, position du thermocouple). La seconde partie sera dédiée à l'influence du rayonnement sur l'identification du coefficient d'échange. Les résultats obtenus montrent l'intérêt de la méthodologie proposée.</p>
