What is a collection in HAL ?
A collection is made up of an institutional or theme based sub-group of material , which gives more visibility to the publishing activity of laboratories.
Benefits :
- All publications from a given laboratory, research team, conference, research project etc. are gathered together ;
- These publications are easily promoted ;
- Figures are easily available relating to the type and number of published or deposited research in a given period ;
- Easier data managing when writing bibliographies as part of a report etc.
