Interaction between real-time aid expert system, intelligent interface and human operator
Résumé
The automation and computerization of complex applications, such as air
traffic control or industrial process supervision, have led to using processing tools to
help the human operator, making task performance much easier. However, traditional
processing solutions, often results in particular problems, due to the unsuitability of
classic programming to the highly heuristic aspect of certain tasks that have to be
performed. Thus, current research aims at designing aid tools based on Artificial
Intelligence techniques, in order to improve both the reliability and the rapidity of
decision making, notably when security constraints impose a minimal response time
from the operator /GRZESIAK, TANG, MARRAKCHI, WILLAEYS, 1986/.
