Object-Oriented Modelling of Manual, Automatic, Interactive Task in Mono or Multi-User Contexts using the TOOD method
Résumé
Human-task modelling constitutes a field of research in its own right. This one also proves particularly significant since it is integrated, in the stages upstream of the development process of a mono or multi-user interactive system, as well as in the stages downstream aiming to evaluate and validate a human-machine system. A large number of methods exist in the literature on this subject. This article starts with a comparison of those. The TOOD (Task Object Oriented Design) method is then described, andillustrated with examples. This method aims at modelling manual, automatic, interactivetasks in mono or multi-user contexts.
