Jointly Improving the Experience of All Stakeholders in Hospital 4.0 : The ICSSURP Initiative

Résumé

In this chapter, the authors present the context of the digital transformation to Hospital 4.0, followed by the essential qualities of ISH 4.0 as seen through the perspectives on security, usability, resilience and performance engineering by way of introducing ICSSURP initiative. For the ICSSURP initiative (the “Joint Security, Safety, Usability, Resilience and Performance” initiative) of Hospital 4.0, they propose an advanced conceptual model and a homogeneous metric system. The authors also illustrate the positioning of the Stakeholder eXperience (SX) involved, through the collective and harmonious management of the four axes that define the essential qualities of Information Systems of Hospital 4.0 (“SX” of ISH 4.0). The GISEH conferences could represent a scientific opportunity to assist in the steady development of the ICSSURP initiative.
